28 Days To Change The World Challenge

Posted on January 23, 2021January 31, 2021 by NIAC Collaborators

Welcome to the 28 Days To Change The World Challenge! This challenge is designed to inspire you to fulfill your biggest dreams and change the world. Each week you will be met with an introduction and then assigned a few challenges. These challenges are the steps that will help you achieve your dream. At the end of each week, a final quote of inspiration will be given to help inspire you. For those curious, the challenge begins on February 1st, 2021.

If you are accepting it, the challenge starts in 3, 2, 1…GO!

Week 1

The first week is all about what the dream you want to achieve is. The only thing you will need to do for this week is to think about what you love to do and find one of your biggest dreams.

Challenges:

  1. Take A Walk, Read A Book, or do anything else you love to do to focus your attention.
  2. Visualize Your Dream

Quote of the Week:

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

― H. Jackson Brown Jr., P.S. I Love You

Week 2

Week 2 is all about planning your action steps. Action steps are your outline, map, plan or whatever you want to call it. Take your time this week to plan your dream because this is critical. This will help you succeed in your dream or not.

Challenges:

  1. Map Out Your Action Steps
  2. (Optional) Create A Secondary Goal

Quotes of the Week:

“A goal without a plan is just a wish.”

― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.”

― Benjamin Franklin

Week 3

This is it – this is the big week. This week you will be starting your completion plan. Get ready…this is the moment that you will slowly start to change the world around you and yourself. You will look back on this moment years from now and be glad you did this!

Challenges:

  1. Act On Your Action Plan
  2. (Optional) Act On Your Secondary Action Plan

Quote of the Week:

“Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.”

― Gandhi

Week 4

Week 4 is dedicated to reflecting on your goal and on what you have done these past three weeks. This is your time to work away form the challenges that have slowed you down.

Challenges:

  1. Reflect
  2. Do What You Did In Week 1 To Focus Your Attention Now
  3. (Optional) Repeat All 4 Weeks With A Different Dream

Quote of the Week

“Reflect upon your present blessings — of which every man has many — not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.”

― Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol and Other Christmas Writings

Wrap-Up

This is goodbye for now. I hope that you have done something that you have always wanted to do and changed the world. Thank you for reading.

“Learning without thought is labour lost; thought without learning is perilous.”

― Confucius, The Sayings of Confucius
