When should a teenager begin dating? Should they? Many say that dating is pointless. They claim there's nothing to be gained from going out with someone you have no future plans with, and will lead to nothing but a broken heart. Also, some say it's better to wait until you're more mature and know yourself better to try and take on a relationship.

He Said, She Said: Dealing with Hurtful Gossip

Name one person you know who hasn’t dealt with gossip. You probably can’t name one person, can you? Gossip hurts, whether it’s true or false. You feel betrayed, like the whole world is against you. It’s hard discovering who your true friends are when you aren’t sure who speaks the truth.

Many people can inspire you to be someone and to like something.  It may be a family member, a friend, or even a teacher. Teachers can inspire you to have a certain career or to be a better person. Mrs. Cloran, a Physics teacher at Florida Virtual School, was inspired to be a teacher by her own Physics teacher.

Camp Glorieta

Last year I was able to spend two amazing weeks at a summer camp in Glorieta, New Mexico. I had never been more excited in my life. I’m always up for an adventure, and spending half of a month in a place I had never seen, with people I had never met appealed to me.

The Teen Life of Moving!

Moving is a hard task for some people, especially if you are a person that goes to school and has friends. When your parents say that you are moving, what goes through your mind? A lot of teens start to cry, because they are leaving their friends and life behind and moving somewhere different.  Did you know moving is like a new start of your life? When you move it is for a good reason, because everything happens for a reason.
