Why Does President Barack Obama Inspire People?

“Yes, we can!!” When Barack Obama says this, he inspires many people. My community and I are proud to have him as our president because he’s going to bring us change. Barack Obama inspires us because he brings hope and is our first African- American president.

In response to Kristina Jingling's Thinking Green - For Fashion or For Real? in the Jan/Feb 2009 issue :

I personally think Kristina Jingling is owed a big pat on the back for pointing out the "Going Green" fashion trend. It's something that's not often realized, but most people wearing the shirts seem to be only interested in following the herd, not actually helping to keep the Earth healthy, and it's important that people understand the difference.
